Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties- Provide administrative support to the Administrator and Senior Managers of the Magistrates Court including the drafting of correspondence, preparation and formatting of confidential documents, setting agendas and the taking of minutes. Prepare and collate background/briefing material as and when required.
- State-wide transcription of Magistrates Court matters as required by legislation and the Judiciary.
- Assist with the editing and uploading of website information for the Magistrates Court.
- Relieve in the Executive Officer (Magistrates) position as and when required.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and the equitable allocation of workload by working effectively as part of a small state-wide team.
- Organise and schedule meetings, conferences and functions as required.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.
