This is a cornerstone position within our business, requiring a proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to pivot in an ever-changing business environment. Education and Experience: * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in another secretarial position within the Engineering Industry * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to seamlessly communicate with internal and external stakeholders* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workloadRole Responsibilities:* Thorough management of executive schedules and correspondence* Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements* Provide service excellence to internal and external stakeholders* Facilitation of meetings; including facility scheduling, technical support and minute taking* Coordination of internal and external events* Management of expenses, including cost categorisation and reporting* Thorough preparation of reports, presentations and correspondenceWhat We Offer:* An excellent workplace culture driven by our values (Efficiency, Accountability, Integrity). * Competitive Remuneration & Staff Discounts, Benefits and Perks * Diversified project portfolio, working with World Leaders in Global Resource Projects.
