The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Director of Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) providing full range of high-level executive and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and unparalleled productivity.
This is a full-time ongoing position commencing as soon as possible.

About you?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
- Substantial and demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership positions and experience in a similar role.
- High degree of professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- High level written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to provide proactive support at executive level, using initiative to determine follow through actions.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and to work to deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office applications.
- Ability to support productive relationships with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, independently and with people at all levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of Catholic Education Office structure, processes and procedures is highly desirable.
