A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director to ensure the efficient operation of their business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Overseeing office operations, including maintaining inventory and coordinating equipment / facility maintenance.
- Coordinating construction progress meetings with relevant parties, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain composed under pressure.
- Good support and friendly team spirit.
- Ability to work independently.
