We are currently seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our XXXX Brewery team on a 7-month fixed term part-time 4-day basis. In this role, you will support our XXXX Brewer Director and the leadership team through an exciting period, creating an environment that enables them and their teams to succeed!
Key responsibilities included in this role are:
- Extensive complex diary management across multiple time zones.
- Meeting management and setting leaders up for success with the appropriate pre-reads documentation ready.
- Confidential administration support and complex travel arrangements.
- Build and foster effective relationships with the wider EA/TA community.
- Internal event management, site management and support the Alehouse when needed.
