The Shire is seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant to provide a high level of support to the Shire President and coordinate activities relating to her office. You will understand protocols relating to political and government stakeholders and offices, be competent with undertaking research, be able to prepare speech notes, statements and correspondence as well as providing a high level of general administrative support in a local government working environment.

Executive Assistant – Shire President (HR 50/24)
- Continuing, Part Time 45.6 hours/ fortnight (3 days/ week)
- EA Level 4 ($68,774 - $$75,932 per annum pro-rata)

Highly organised and proficient in a fast-paced office, you will also be flexible and have the agility required to respond to changing priorities quickly. You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to forge and maintain genuine and positive relationships with colleagues and the community. Flexible work arrangements may be negotiated for the right applicant.
