Boutique has partnered with a leading Sydney-based digital communication organisation who are widely renowned for not only their delivery of business-changing outcomes but for fostering the personal and professional success of their staff.
We’ve been tasked with finding an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role offers the chance to be the organisational and strategic business partner for top-level management, handling schedules, communications, and confidential assignments with precision and a proactivity.
What you'll do:
  • Master the art of calendar management, ensuring our CEO's day runs like clockwork.
  • Be the voice and pen behind our CEO, handling communications with efficiency & flair.
  • Lead meeting preparations and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Coordinate seamless travel plans, from flights to accommodations.
  • Support projects and events, keeping everything on track and shining.
  • Manage office operations, maintaining an environment of order and confidentiality.
  • Forge strong relationships, acting as a liaison that keeps our team united.
  • Uphold our brand values and culture, embodying what the organisation stands for.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with utmost discretion.

What our client is looking for:
  • Proven track in supporting C-level executives, preferably in the creative sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry tools.
