We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting the General Manager Facilities Management and several other leaders in Base and Estate Mangement. You can expect to spend your time providing executive administration support covering the remit of inbox and calendar management through to supporting internal projects and busines development activities.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Provide daily 1:1 support to the executive team by ensuring they are armed for upcoming meetings by preparing documents, reports, and materials in a timely manner.
- Supporting projects and busines development activities as required, from scheduling meetings to taking minutes.
- Ensuring the operations of the business run smoothly and effectively, resolving any conflicts.
- Effectively work with team members, clients and stakeholders to achieve the highest levels of customer service and brand experience.
- Work with other teams internally to provide support when required.
What you'll bring
- Experience in a similar role in a large service provider
- A strong attention to detail and a knack for problem solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products e.g., Outlook, Excel
- Highly effective communication style teamed with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
