A1 opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant with a top background in a transactional practice group ** Corporate, Cyber, Data, IP & Tech

Join a dynamic and acclaimed legal powerhouse, renowned for its excellence, with a network of offices spanning the vibrant Eastern Seaboard.
In this key role, you will undertake high-level administrative support to an esteemed Partner and a small team of lawyers who specialise in Corporate Law matters ranging from cyber security, data and privacy, to M&A, IP, and technology. Your knack for seamless prioritisation and efficiency will be vital, as each day will differ and involve tasks including:

• Preparation of marketing initiatives for the practice group;
• Managing mark-ups on complex legal documents
• Executive level diary management and meeting/travel coordination;
• Engaging with key stakeholders, and much more.

To be considered for this fantastic new opportunity and join a fast-growing and interesting practice group, it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a transactional practice group as a Legal Assistant or Legal PA.
• Proven expertise in working with complex legal documentation.
• Strong technical skills, showcasing fast and accurate typing and document formatting ability.
• Experience with document management and e-billing systems.
• Be a permanent resident of Australia
