As an Experienced Administration Assistant with our client’s firm, you'll play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of the office, working closely with the Design Principal and supporting the Executive Assistant. Your expertise in administration will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation within a team that values creativity and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
  • support in organising company events and meetings, showcasing the dynamic culture of the Gold Coast.
  • manage and process a high volume of email inquiries, embodying the efficiency and agility that the coastal lifestyle inspires.
  • assist with project management and coordination, ensuring that the creative process flows as smoothly as the nearby ocean waves.
