AddressSouthgate Medical is a well established, privately owned medical centre with new state of the art, purposely built and spacious medical rooms.
We are located within the heart of the vibrant arts precinct of Southbank, along the Yarra River, amongst shops, cafes and well served by public transport, in close proximity to Flinders Street Station and St Kilda Road.
Our aim is to provide exceptionally high quality, multidisciplinary health care, servicing the residential, business and tourist clientele of Southbank and the CBD.
We are seeking a experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, computer savvy and customer focused individual/s to complement the high standards of our medical practice and support the reception team. The role is a full time position however, part time hours will be considered for the right candidates. Your flexibility to cover annual/sick leave will be highly regarded. Commencement immediate.

Position requirements:
- 2+ years experience in medical reception
- Flexibility with availability
- Friendly and vibrant personality with high regard for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must be able to multi task, work independently, take initiative, have attention to detail and be well organised
- First Aid certificate or willing to work towards obtaining
- Up to date COVID vaccination status
