Victoria HeartPERMANENT FULL TIME - CARDIOLOGY PRACTICE
Victoria Heart is a Cardiology practice with two locations in Windsor and East Melbourne. We are currently seeking a full time experienced Medical Receptionists to join our state of the art practice at our East Melbourne location.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional patient care and will be responsible for welcoming patients, taking payments and organising follow-up appointments, answering phones and assisting our Cardiologists throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Exercising confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice
- Greeting patients on arrival with a warm and friendly manner
- Answering telephone enquires promptly
- Checking emails and action appropriately
- Preparing for consulting sessions
- Distributing correspondence and results
- Attending to account queries
- Other general admin duties
- Managing appointments, invoicing and receipting.
- Mail management
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Passionate about people and providing an exemplary administrative support.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Genie and/or Medical Reception experience is preferred.
- Full Time 38hrs per week
