We're currently seeking a Facility Managerto join our team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role is pivotal in leading the effective delivery of Integrated Facility Management services for a premium global manufacturing client located in Abbotsford.

What you'll do
- Prioritise health and safety by enforcing regulations, conducting audits, and implementing procedures.
- Develop strategic plans for maintenance and management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee building systems maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and budget compliance.
- Handle budgeting for operations and projects, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Lead sustainability efforts to reduce energy use and promote recycling.
- Act as the main contact for facility-related queries and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on operations, maintenance, and budget status.
