As a Facility Manager this key role is about ensuring our residents receive high-quality person-centred care services and where the home operates effectively and efficiently.
- This is a Monday - Friday full-time position, flexible start and finish times.
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the home
- Lead and manage a team in providing holistic care for residents, ensuring quality of life and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate accountability by actively participating in group-level initiatives and contributing to committees.
- Efficiently manage the facility's operations, including budgeting, resource management, and reporting.
- Foster relationships with residents, families, staff, and community networks to promote a positive environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, implement best practices, and actively seek opportunities for staff development and improvement.
Key Information:
- Remuneration is from 130k - 140k base + super
- Medium-sized Aged Care facility with a reputable presence through Victoria
- Full-time secure permanent opportunity.
- Team structure: Facility Manager > Care Manager > Care Team

- Tertiary qualifications in a health or related discipline.
- Formal qualifications in Management or related discipline or comparable business experience.
- Demonstrable empathy with the elderly community and their families
- Proven financial, people and change management skills in an Aged Care residential facility
- Demonstrable strengths in continuous improvement and quality systems
- Demonstrated experience in the Accreditation process
