About the Role:
As a part of our core business, we provide a dispatch service and onsite support to many of our clients. We require someone who has a passion to learn and a flair for customer service to be able to answer customer queries efficiently and effectively whilst working within a strong team environment to meet the goals of the business. Multiple positions available.

The key responsibilities for this role are listed below, but not limited to:
 

• Deploy and setup field visits
• Site installation, OS software update of mobile devices and laptops/desktops as per process
• Follow repeatable process to triage logistics faults with devices
• Document processes as requested
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with customers and co-workers
• Following Imaging process of laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Logistic and warehousing dispatching IT equipment to sites
• Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures as per established process
• Processing equipment returns (disposal, warranty replacement etc)

 
To be considered for this role you must have:
 

• Demonstrated some technical support skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, with a friendly yet persuasive manner
• Accurate data entry skills
• Desirable -  MS Office suite – Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Desirable - knowledge of operating systems – Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
• Desirable - knowledge of mobile device technologies
• Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Good communication and training skills

 
Qualifications & Experience 

• Desirable experience in a similar role or completing IT qualifications
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair automated equipment
• Superb customer service, communication and self-management skills
• Aptitude to learn new skills.
