About the Role:
As a part of our core business, we provide a dispatch service and onsite support to many of our clients. We require someone who has a passion to learn and a flair for customer service to be able to answer customer queries efficiently and effectively whilst working within a strong team environment to meet the goals of the business. Multiple positions available.
The key responsibilities for this role are listed below, but not limited to:
- Deploy and setup field visits
- Site installation, OS software update of mobile devices and laptops/desktops as per process
- Follow repeatable process to triage logistics faults with devices
- Document processes as requested
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with customers and co-workers
- Following Imaging process of laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Logistic and warehousing dispatching IT equipment to sites
- Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures as per established process
- Processing equipment returns (disposal, warranty replacement etc)
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Demonstrated some technical support skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly yet persuasive manner
- Accurate data entry skills
- Desirable - MS Office suite – Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Desirable - knowledge of operating systems – Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
- Desirable - knowledge of mobile device technologies
- Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Good communication and training skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Desirable experience in a similar role or completing IT qualifications
- Ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair automated equipment
- Superb customer service, communication and self-management skills
- Aptitude to learn new skills.
