We are currently seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join our team at Home Instead Perth North East! If you enjoy numbers, have an attention to detail and have experience in bookkeeping then we would love to hear from you!
About this role:
- Process employee payroll, client invoices and statements including processing of client expenses and employee reimbursements.
- Process PAYG, BAS, Superannuation, Payroll tax as legislated.
- Maintain accurate administration and financial records to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
- Reconcile company bank accounts and petty cash as required.
- Prepare administration and financial reports for management as required e.g., P&L, accounts receivable, accounts payable, operations scorecards.
- Manage ageing debtors to ensure all invoices are paid within appropriate timeframes.
- Ideally working 3 days per week, with potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.
Ideally, we would like you to:
- Have extensive bookkeeping experience.
- Have experience utilising multiple programs at one time.
- Be detail-oriented and have a logical and organised approach to your daily operations.
- Have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Previous experience in Aged Care is desirable but not required.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not required.
