The Role:
Working as part of a diligent and driven finance team you will be primarily responsible for the management of their accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as part of a financial processing team.
The business has multiple entities operating in different business sectors. You will mainly be checking and paying invoices and compiling associated reports on the payables side. You’ll also support the receivables side, receipting payments into the business.
The role will be busy, and you will have multiple internal and external contacts. You will be operating in a role that acts as the face of the business and it is important that you have a customer focused approach. The size and structure of the business means there will be the opportunity to growth and progress in the future.
This role will be offered to you on a permanent basis and there is free parking onsite for all staff.
Your Skills and Experience:
You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in previous accounts payable/receivable focused roles. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to stay patient, proactively solve problems and operate in a customer focused approach. You are known for your outgoing nature and willingness to contribute to the team.
You must be at least Permanent Resident of Australia to be considered for this role.
