The role
Involves reporting to the Principal and Chief Financial Controller ensures financial oversight of the business site. You will be responsible for providing accurate data in the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets while working closely with stakeholders and key business partners. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, and you will enjoy the variety it presents. Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and credibility of financial information
- Review operations of the site to improve profitability
- Reconcile banking daily and collections
- Prepare budgets
- Ensuring Month end is completed within timeframes
- Attend monthly/weekly management meetings
- FBT & GST
- Oversee preparation of payroll
- Ensure efficient running of the administration department
- Manage finance team of 3
This position is ideal for an experienced accountant or finance manager who has worked in a medium to large-sized company. Alternatively, you may be working in the finance team, looking to progress to a management role. As an excellent team player with strong communication skills, you should be flexible and adaptable.
