An exciting opportunity exists with a fast-growing Stone Masonry Company located in Adelaide's North-eastern Fringe. We manufacture & install Stone Benchtops to retail, builders, and cabinet makers with a strong focus on quality & customer service.
As “Director of First Impressions” you will be the first point of contact for all our customers and clients. You will need to be welcoming, friendly, and confident when dealing with customers in person and over the phone. Ability to communicate to a high standard and capable of extracting relevant information from customers to be able to pass this information on the appropriate team member. You are required to assist customers with colour selections and sales of Uniq Stone products and services. Ability to multitask and undertake administrative tasks where required to provide support to other staff.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Meet & greet all visitors coming into the office.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of showroom/meeting room and Front Of House area.
- Answering all incoming calls & transferring to appropriate team member.
- Checking the voicemail every morning and returning calls unanswered calls and messages.
- Booking appointments with customers.
- Collect all information from customers regarding quoting requirements.
- Assist customers with colour selections, upselling & cross selling of products.
- Assist customers with offcut selections.
- Monitoring office sample stock levels, stationary stock levels, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies and other consumables and ordering when required.
- Ordering factory supplies when required.
- Making coffee and tea for clients upon arrival.
- Scanning of completed order files & saving to relevant folders.
- Follow up phone calls to retail clients about quotes they have been provided with.
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, shredding.
- Assisting other team members with any other administrative duties.

This role has been advertised as part time, hours and days to be discussed with successful applicant, however for the right person we are also open to offering full time hours.
