AddressThis role is mainly for Weekends i.e. Saturday, Sunday and one more day.. may become part-time permanent in future.
- Pay will be from $30 to $45 (+Super) depending on your experience
- Prior Dental Experience is not essential but Admin / Office / Rec experience is must

- Are a people person and ready to have pleasant and not so pleasant conversation with variety of people i.e. Patients, Clinicians and other staff members
- Have Customer facing / reception / admin / call centre experience
- Must have tactical phone / in-person communication skills
- Must be professionally presented, ethical, honest
- Got “can do” attitude, focused on business performance while filling books with every opportunity
Some of the duties of the role include
- Front-office management
- General Administration and assisting practice coordinator and practice manager
- Be responsible for practice revenue, management reports, commission invoices, accounts payables, smooth operations, rosters, social media posts, fill in shortages
- Being proactive in finding opportunities to improve appointment bookings
- Organize payments plans, data entry
- Maintaining minimum levels of stock, ordering
- Be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
- Coordination of laboratory work with external dental labs.
