A day in the life consists of:
- Greeting clients & providing a six star customer experience
- Assisting the property management team as required
- Maintaining high standards of office presentation and ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Answering phones & directing all enquiries to relevant staff
- Problem solving and handling a variety of customer queries
- Liaising with suppliers/service providers, coordinating IT support
- Coordinating events and social media posts for office
- Learning new property management skills each day to enable you to become a vital part of our busy Hinterland office
What we require:
- Current QLD Real Estate certificate
- Property Management experience
- Experience using Microsoft office and a Property Management cloud-based software beneficial
- Strong verbal & written skills
- Excellent problem solving skills & initiative
- Passion for delivering highest level of service possible
