Full Time Administrator

Position available for an experienced administrator working with a small and well-established consulting firm in Brisbane CBD. 

The successful candidate will work as part of a team and report directly to the two directors. 

The ideal applicant will need to be well organised, able to work without close supervision and have the ability to handle multiple tasks. 

Desired skills and attributes include:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised and able to manage competing priorities with proven time management skills
• Self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Technologically proficient with proven ability to learn new software programs and troubleshoot IT issues
• Data entry and basic analysis skills

This position is well suited to person looking for a challenging and rewarding work experience. 

Salary approximately $65k plus super (depending on experience).
