Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated marketing professional to join our team in the role ofFull TimeConference & Events Coordinator.
About the role:
- Assist Conferencing and Events with qualifying event requests and preparing quotes for prospective clients
- Conduct site inspections on behalf of the Conference & Events team
- Assist Conference & Events in administration and events coordination
- Assist the team with administrative tasks for the Conference & Events department
- Collation of the daily, weekly and monthly Conference & Events reports
About You:
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Delphi & Opera Systems preferred, not essential
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury experiences through strong and authentic customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Takes pride in personal grooming and presentation
- Have Full Time work right
