Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Groups Coordinatorto live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a a passionate, customer obsessed, level headed Front Office Groups Coordinator to provide the highest level of customer experience to all groups. This role is the main point of contact for our Groups tour leaders as well as preparing for group arrivals, allocations of rooms, check in, confirming tours/ shuttles or dinner reservations, preparing and checking finial departure bills. In short you will be liaison between our resort and the groups to ensure that all information is shared so that they can truly have an amazing experience!
Experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded.
Key Duties
- To ensure the smooth running of all Group Functions and related operations
- Supervise the Front Office team
- Assist in the training of new front office team members and acts as a role model to team members
- Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues efficiently
