- 95K + performance bonus
- 5 day roster

The ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated extensive experience running a successful kitchen or in a Sous role where you have learned the skills to step up and be successful in a Head Chef role.
- A positive team player and natural leader with a passion for staff development
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders across the business including owners and managers
- Driven to succeed in the development of our food and business across both Darby Street and Stockton locations
- Developing and refining systems, controlling labour and food costs, and producing a profitable menu
About Autumn Rooms:
Opened in 2017, our first Autumn Rooms cafe on Newcastle’s busy Darby Street is spread across two levels, with a tea room upstairs, and two dog-friendly outdoor spaces. Serving a seasonal brunch menu with a focus on quality local produce, alongside speciality coffee, teas, smoothies, juices, classic brunch cocktails and natural wines.
Our second location, Autumn Rooms Coffee Bar, opened on a sunny corner in Stockton with outdoor seating in late 2021. Focused on great coffee with a simple seasonal food menu, featuring toasties, salads, muesli, pastries, smoothies, juices and teas.
