Good Start Psychology, a small certified psychology clinic, is looking for a receptionist with experience with children and families.

We are looking for a suitably qualified person to work Monday to Thursday.
Work hours are between 8.30am-5.30pm, depending on your availability. Hours to be negotiated upon accepting the job.
Some receptionists start 8.45am, others start at 9.15am.

Clerks - Private Sector Award (MA000002)
Indicative pay rate per hour:
Weekdays: $27 - $30 per hour.
Main tasks:
- Answering phone calls for existing and new clients.
- Booking and rescheduling appointments.
- Invoicing, billing and reconciling.
- Accessing documents on Sharepoint, including data spreadsheets.
- Using communication systems e.g. MS Teams, MS Planner.
- Tidying premises, including cleaning dishes, tidying coffee spills.
Full training is provided and paid for by Good Start Psychology.
Start this position within 1-4 weeks.
