Our client is seeking to engage a HR Accounts Officer.
Contract Length: Permanent, Full time RESPONSIBLE FOR: The HR/Accounts Officer, is responsible for effectively managing the Human Resources and providing support to the Senior Finance Manager is Accounts Administration. The role involves a diverse range of tasks, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with established policies and procedures. The HR/Accounts Officer is responsible for assisting the Business Manager and Senior Finance Manager implement strategies that will produce efficiency and productivity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in Human ResourcesPrevious experience in Accounts Administration (AP and AR)Return to Work Coordinator TrainingHR RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a supportive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and provide support for performance improvement initiatives. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organise training sessions, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation related to employment contracts, leaves, and other HR-related matters.
