Our client is a national law firm. They seek to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
No one day will be the same in this varied and interesting role. You will be supporting the firm in all facets of human resources.
Working within a team and reporting to the head of HR, your duties will include the following -
- employee relations;
- recruitment & talent retention;
- performance management;
- HR related projects;
- Personnel file maintenance;
- policy interpretation and documentation;
- compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee orientation, development and training;
- manage graduate program for the firm;
- WHS and RTW coordination.
This role will suit your previous experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on HR. Whilst recruitment experience is desired, first and foremost will be your strong human resources background.
It goes without saying that you will have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, a high attention to detail as well as the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
