The Role
A unique opportunity for an experience Human resources Business Partner to join dynamic and innovative team, Reporting to the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will manage and provide guidance and support on day to day HR and employee relation matters
Duties
- Provide a high level of employee relations support and advice to hiring managers
- Support management teams and investigate Employee relations issues such as performance management
- Help out with roster and shift changes
- Work on HR related projects and general administration
- Work collaboratively with the payroll team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to learn software systems and identify opportunities for improvement whilst ensuring current data processing and integrity is maintained.
- The ability to coach and advise senior leaders and be able to build credibility and influence at this level.
- Strong knowledge of people & culture specializations, such as talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
