AddressJoin Team Experience in Waterloo as a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner responsible for Winning Group brands such as Appliances Online. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with the BU's financial position, organisation plan, and business goals. Throughout your designated business area, you will become the go-to expert for all matters related to people and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. The key to your success in this role will be your consultative approach and strong drive.
- Build strong consultative relationships with Line Managers to partner with them to provide expertise, advice and support across all areas of the employment lifecycle including onboarding, retention, development, performance management, reward and recognition.
- Provide a comprehensive range of operation support to Line Managers in areas such as Awards interpretation, employment law, etc…
- Coordinate with the Talent Team to place qualified Winnings candidates in business unit positions.
- Collaborate with Winning Academy Team and Line Managers to deliver employee engagement and development strategies.
