We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a newly created role designed to partner with operational business leaders and provide high-quality HR advice and support.
About the role
Some of the main components of this role will include:
- Provide advice and case management for IR matters, performance management, internal disputes and investigations.
- Support and coach operational managers on HR matters.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and learning & development programs.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior HR team members.
Qualifications & experience
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor level qualifications in relevant field
- 5 -7 years of experience in HR/ people & culture / comparable role.
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
