EPIC ESSENTIALS
Due to the anticipated growth of the business, we are looking for a full time HR Coordinator based in our Brisbane office who can hit the ground running. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and also liaising with other HR partners globally, you would support Epic with the following:
- Managing the recruitment process & support talent acquisition
- Managing HR staff onboarding and off boarding
- Preparing employment contracts for new staff, change of term letters & other letters
- Maintaining employee records including training documents and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Generating reports for general HR activity
- Maintaining diligence with FW Act
- Contributing to the review and development of HR policies
- Responding to general staff queries
- Partner with leaders of current and future Australian based businesses that are part of Montrose Environmental Group
- Payroll management (Australia wide)
- Assisting with larger HR projects (i.e. system integration)
- Data entry and administrative support to the HR Manager
- Some travel throughout Australia may be required as part of this role
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields
- Five to ten years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Experience in payroll management desired
- A passion for HR & general administration/ business support
- An interest in staying current with the latest human resources trends and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form productive working relationships with employees/ stakeholders
- Very high proficiency in Office 365 apps, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Passion for learning new systems and technology
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Be reliable and punctual
