About the RoleWe are looking for a HSE Administrator based in our Canning Vale offices to join our HSE team.Key dutiesReporting to the HSE Manager, key duties include:Administrator of HSE systemsEnsure HSE information and records are entered into HSE system.Collate, review, and analyse HSE data.Assist in investigations where required.Assist in the development of Toolbox Topics and other HSE communications.Coordinate HSE meetings through preparation of minutes and action tracking.Update WHSE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans as required.Provide support as required to accompany injured workers to appointments.About youQualifications in HSE or working towardsAdvanced levels in Excel, Word, Power Point and Share PointExperienced with HSE processes and systems.What’s in it for you?You will be joining a family not just a company.
