The Opportunity
Based at head office in Eagle Farm, QLD, the full time Human Resource Advisor will be responsible for providing HR generalist and partnering support and delivering centralised HR initiatives & strategic planning that includes annual performance cycle, employee wellbeing and engagement, leadership development and policy updates.
Reporting to the Human Resource Operations Manager, some key responsibilities will include:
- Coach and guide managers in resolving team issues such as performance management, grievances, investigations, and personnel transitions
- Assist in developing, implementing, and administering effective HR strategies and initiatives, including engagement activities and leadership development programs
- Deliver Core HR Processes to Business Partners, including objective setting, development planning, talent management, succession activities, annual compensation reviews, and compliance with legislative and award requirements (e.g., annualised wage reviews)
- Provide coaching and advice to managers on interpreting relevant Acts, Regulations, Awards, industrial agreements, legislation, policies, and procedures
- Facilitate onboarding and induction processes as needed
Who We Are Looking For
SunPork has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team that is dedicated to producing high quality, sustainable welfare-optimal products.
As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or equivalent
- At least 3 years previous experience within blue collar environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with organisational and time management skills
- Facilitation/ presentation skills
