Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager.
- Assist in the execution of HR functions including recruitment, and onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Support the processing of fortnightly payroll and maintain payroll records including timesheets and leave-related documents.
- Work Health and Safety operational support.
- Order supplies including services, stock and other general items.
- Mailing, filing, photocopying and general administration duties as required.
- Undertake ad-hoc work on special projects as and when required and handle tasks competently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a responsible and compliant manner
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and deliver results
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify key business issues and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General Human Resources experience (preferred)
