Job description
The Role
Leading a small Human Resources team, the HR Manager is responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to the Principal, Leadership Team and College staff across the areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance and management, employee relations and HR policies and procedures. This role has a strong operational focus.

About You
Collaborative and proactive
Qualifications in Human Resources or associated discipline
Prior experience working in education and with Agreements is desirable.
