The Role
We have an exciting permanent, full-time position for a hands on Human Resources Manager based onsite at our Bairnsdale facility – the Biggest Pie Maker in the World!
Reporting to the Head of People and supported by an expert team, you will have overall management and development of all aspects of human resources, talent management, learning and development for the site.
A varied role in a collaborative environment, your remit will include but not be limited to;
Providing an effective day to day operational HR service.
Managing the talent acquisition process including sourcing, selection and onboarding.
Lead and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair people and business outcomes.
Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on effective workforce planning solutions and organisational structures.
Interpret relevant industrial instruments and legislation to provide effective IR service and advice to management.
Oversee the injury management and return to work functions.
In conjunction with the Safety Manager, monitor employee health and well-being and foster a safe, positive workplace culture through the development of employee workplace safety, health and well-being initiatives, programs, and strategies.
The Person We Seek
You will be a trusted leader providing exemplary HR advice, guidance and solutions as well as coaching to develop people capabilities. A consultative and responsive approach with the ability to multi-task and priories workload.
To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished HR practitioner with demonstrated experience across a wide range of HR areas. Your prior experience will demonstrate capability managing teams to deliver outcomes and a sound understanding of HR legislative frameworks.
