Flux IT,a leading technology partner based in Perth, is seeking a talented and drivenICT Business Manager to join our team. With a focus on existing and emergingtechnologies, Flux IT specializes in the design, management, integration, andsupport of organizations, backed by numerous certifications attesting to ourcapability in handling complex networks and infrastructure.

The candidate in mindwill be expected to perform the following duties that include but are notlimited to:

·        Develop and implement strategic plans to achievebusiness objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision andmission.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build,and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

·        Collaborate with clients to understand their uniquebusiness needs and provide tailored ICT solutions. Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention.

·        Lead the sales team, set targets, and developstrategies to achieve sales goals. Evaluate and improve sales processes toenhance overall efficiency.

·        Conduct market research to identify industrytrends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

·        Manage budgetary responsibilities, analysefinancial reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize businessperformance.

·        Foster collaboration with key stakeholders,partners, and suppliers to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a relatedfield.

Other Requirements:

·        Proven experience as an ICT Business DevelopmentManager or in a similar role.

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

·        Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets anddriving business growth.
