About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Project Administrator with good communication skills and a passion for collaborating with and supporting colleagues while delivering outcomes for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders providing high level of customer service
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to guide project scope, costs, timeline, and maintenance of systems and offer solutions for business problems and challenges.
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve processes in SharePoint and MS Office 365
- Use Asana to manage projects and tasks, along any other systems or programs as directed
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisation policy.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and contribute towards efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for staff training and skills advancement
About You
To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 5+ years in Project Administration, Management Information Systems or similar field
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or commensurate experience.
- Technical writing, experience in presenting technical material to a variety of audiences.
- Excited to work with modern technologies and approaches and keep up to date with the newest developments in programming and development.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing business requirements.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and a positive approach.
