Our client assists disaster affected communities and provides human and social support to individuals, families and communities requiring assistance.
Job Description

• Customer service ( phones and emails)
• Data entry
• Updating and maintaining records.
• Assisting with incoming enquiries

What's on Offer

• Temp contract with Immediate Start - weekend work initially may be required
• $54.45

In an active disaster response, candidates will be required to work five days within a seven-day week, with extended hours likely to be required (i.e. more than 7.25 hours per day). As our clients response to the disaster event declines, the work hours will revert to Monday-Friday with potentially longer hours, and then reduce again to normal Monday-Friday hours (with a maximum of 38 hours per week) as the need further declines. Some roles may require team members to work in varying locations, with possible extended hours during peak times.
