Infrastructure Services Manager

This exciting greenfield opportunity will help establish the standardisation and operational excellence across the server, networks, middleware, cyber security and other core platforms within the infrastructure and operations technology function.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide thought and hands-on leadership of the day-to-day infrastructure operations support of critical systems (Servers, networks, voice, middleware, cyber security, cloud platforms etc). 
• Implement IT Service Management processes, tools, and work practices in collaboration with peers and align back-to-back expectations with Service Providers.
• Participate in creating an effective and operational Infrastructure Services strategy and process. 
• Manage enterprise cyber security operations and resilience of IT systems to align with standard compliance requirements. 
• Build and lead a team of direct reports, and develop robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders                   

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise Infrastructure operations, Service Delivery, and support of critical technology platforms in the domains: Cloud, Infrastructure, End User, and/or enterprise systems. 
• Industry experience within FMCG, Supply Chain, logistics - Highly advantageous. 
• Technical skills: Wintel, DBA, Cisco Networks, Genesys Voice Platforms etc. 
• Experience leading a high performing team and implementing IT Service Management processes.
• Exposure in IT Cyber security, risk management and compliance.
