About the role
Main tasks: As a vital member of the team, you'll support the external sales team in various aspects of administration and customer service.
Other tasks:
- Respond to sales and service enquiries via phone and website
- Assist with system designs and contribute to the team's project work
- Identify and liaise with new customers
- Streamline processes from planning to delivery
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures
- Coordinate product dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Previous experience in an Internal Sales role, preferably in an industrial or trade environment
- Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
- High computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
- Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience working with technical products in the building or industrial sector
- Counter sales or Internal Sales roles in a relevant trade business.
