This is an exciting role in a fast growing company where you will manage team of experienced support engineers across level 1-2, desktop support and field service.
The right candidate for this position with have a natural focus on delivering great customer service, possess strong technical knowledge and be capable of managing people effectively.
This role is flexible with working from home and with hours but will need to be able to be in the Sydney office 1-2 days per week.
The role:
- 5+ years of experience leading support teams;
- Windows Desktop, Server platforms and networking;
- Microsoft stack, 365, Azure
- ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting methods to resolve complicated technical and/or non-technical issues;
- Strong people management skills
