- Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, including computer malfunctions, software issues, and network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, antivirus scans, and backups.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyse data related to student enrolment, academic performance, and other key metrics.
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize educational data.
- Generate reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders, such as administrators and faculty members.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and improve educational outcomes.
- System Administration:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various IT systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and functionality.
