- Reconciliation of Ezidebit Stage 2 transactions
- Loading approved Credits
- Cross-checking Bill Run info and Customer payments
- Batching approved Supplier Invoices and sending customer monthly statements
- Ezidebit and Stripe Reports management
- Liaising with bookkeepers for reconciliation
- Handling new rate plan setups and margin reporting
- Managing Wholesale billing and applying Late Payment Fees
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls in accounts
What do you need?
- Attention to detail with a HIGH level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong sense of responsibility
