Junior Administration Assistant - Entry Level Posititon - Training Provided
We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant who can provide varied administration support to the business, full training will be provided. This role will suit an individual who is motivated to learn and can take on new responsibilities as required. The right candidate may be offered a traineeship opportunity to gain formal qualification as part of their ongoing role.
This is a Full-Time position 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data Entry supporting Accounts, Payroll and Administration
- General reception duties – answer the phone, filing, stationary and consumable ordering monthly, mail and kitchen requirements.
- Creation and updating of contract files - electronic and hard copy
- Well presented, courteous and professional
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 suite of products
- Provide Administration support for Operations Team
