About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person to fill a full time role within our Warehouse team in Pokolbin. This is a junior entry level roll for someone wanting to learn and work in an office environment.
This role reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Duties Include:
- General administrative duties
- Answering phones
- filing
- Data Entry
- Printing daily orders for dispatch
- Keeping office tidy
- Provide admin support to other admin staff
- General administrative duties
- Assisting warehouse staff when required
- Participation in team talks, team building exercises, training and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Some knowledge of Microsoft office suite programs eg. Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Drivers Licence
