Role Description:The Junior Administrator will play a vital role in providing essential administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Primary Responsibilities:The main objective for the Junior Administrator role is to ensure efficient communication and administrative operations. Additionally, the role encompasses other key responsibilities, such as:
- Answering and directing phone calls with a pleasant and professional manner.
- Taking detailed and accurate messages for relevant team members.
- Providing information to callers and assisting with inquiries.
- Offering administrative support by preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Conducting daily filing and assisting with archive record management.
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety programs and procedures.
