The Role We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the passionate team, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20 chefs. If you have the following we want to hear from you: 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant
Good communication, attitude and execution Confident running the mains section, guiding junior staff and maintaining product consistency Experience across the kitchen, working with suppliers and having goos WH&S controls If you have a passion for French cuisine and love a busy, fast-paced restaurant that prides its self on service and execution, then this could be the perfect role for you.
