We are seeking a Key Account Administrator to join our Contracts Support Department on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be accountable for specific contracts within their portfolio while supporting the Revenue team with pre-invoicing checks and accurately submitting invoices to our customers within the timeline.

- Pre-invoicing checks for weekly and monthly customers
- Resolve general revenue and/or invoicing issues
- Timely Invoicing submission to customers in their preferred format
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers for timely receiving POs
- Resolving customer queries
- Receive and recharge all third party invoices in a timely and accurate manner as assigned
- Learn and understand client rate cards and navigation of rates configurator
- Accounts Reconciliation for invoicing customers
- Aid in managing a shared inbox (attend to queries)
- Liaising internal queries with Branches for invoicing/supporting information
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Transport, Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience
